Non-fat med-white sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
⅓ cup Instant dry non fat milk
2 tablespoons Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
Few grains pepper

Beat with rotary beater until blended. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Cook 1 - 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Makes 1 cup. 195 calories per serv.
