Noel ice cream cups

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Vanilla ice cream; softened
¼ cup Chopped pecans; toasted
2 tablespoons Each: red and green maraschino
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Almond extract
½ cup M&ms plain chocolate candy
\N \N Additional m&ms; chopped

In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well. Fold in M&Ms. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze for at least 30 min. Sprinkle with chopped M&Ms.
