Chinese ice cream

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cooked white rice
1 can Fruit cocktail, well drained
⅛ cup White sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 teaspoon Vanillia

Mix all ingredients in large serving bowl.
