Nine-grain bread

| 1⅓ | cup | Skim milk |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2½ | \N | To 3 T. orange juice |
| \N | \N | Concentrate |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | White flour |
| 1¾ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¾ | cup | 9-Grain cereal |
| 3 | teaspoons | Yeast |
Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker. I know most breadmakers only require 1½ t. yeast, but ours calls for 3 t. yeast.
