Nell greene's peach cobbler

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Peeled, sliced peaches |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| ½ | Stick butter | |
Directions
Gently cook peaches in covered saucepan until tender. Mix flour and sugar and add to peaches with butter. Pour into 9-10 inch Pyrex pie pan. 1 cup flour, sifted ½ t. salt ½ cup Crisco 4 T. milk Blend first 3 until like coarse meal. Add milk until dough forms. Chill.
Roll out and cut into lattice strips. Arrange on peaches, pour ½ stick melted butter over the top.
Bake at 375x 30 minutes.
