Fresh peach cobbler #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Cornstarch
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Butter
6 cups Fresh peaches; peeled, sliced
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ cup Butter; softened
½ cup Milk

Combine cornstarch, ½ cup sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, remove from heat and add butter. Add peaches. Pour into 9x13 pan. Combine ½ cup sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add milk, mix well. Top peaches with crust mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
