Mustard crusted pork roast

| 2 | pounds | Boneless pork loin roast |
| 2 | tablespoons | Spicy mustard |
| 1 | cup | Crushed garlic croutons |
Directions
Heat oven to 400~. Season roast with salt and pepper, place in shallow pan and roast for 30 mins.; remove from oven, spread surface with mustard and then cover with crushed croutons.
