|2 cups||Sliced fresh Mushrooms|
|½ cup||Chopped Onion|
|3 ounces||Packages Cream Cheese|
|7 ounces||Can Evaporated Milk|
|3 cups||Cooked Rice|
|¼ cup||Chopped Parsley|
Saute' mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat together eggs and cream cheese. Stir in milk. Stir in cooked rice, parsley and salt.
Add mushroom mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
