Mushrooms rice bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Sliced fresh Mushrooms
½ cup Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Margarine
2 Eggs
3 ounces Packages Cream Cheese
(soft)
7 ounces Can Evaporated Milk
3 cups Cooked Rice
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Saute' mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat together eggs and cream cheese. Stir in milk. Stir in cooked rice, parsley and salt.

Add mushroom mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
