Mushrooms rice bake

| 2 | cups | Sliced fresh Mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Chopped Onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 3 | ounces | Packages Cream Cheese |

| 7 | ounces | Can Evaporated Milk |
| 3 | cups | Cooked Rice |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped Parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Saute' mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat together eggs and cream cheese. Stir in milk. Stir in cooked rice, parsley and salt.
Add mushroom mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
