Mushroom brunch rice

| 14½ | fluid ounce | Low-Sodium Chicken Broth |
| 1 | cup | AM White Indian Basmati Rice |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 1 | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
| Sea salt to taste (optional) | ||
Directions
Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
