Mushroom brunch rice

Ingredients

14½fluid ounceLow-Sodium Chicken Broth
1cupAM White Indian Basmati Rice
1Bay leaf
1cupSliced mushrooms
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Directions

Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
