Easy-oven rice with mushrooms

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Uncle Ben's rice
2 cups Chicken consomme (canned -
\N \N Do not dilute)
1 cup White wine
1 teaspoon Dried minced onion
1 \N Stick margarine (cut in
\N \N Pieces)
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms -- drained
\N \N And cut in p
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Mix all the above ingredients in an oven-proof Pyrex dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Serves 6 people.
