Mushroom rice casserole

| 1 | cup | Converted rice |
| 1 | can | Beef consomme |
| 1 | can | French onion soup |
| 1 | Stick margarine | |
| 2 | cans | Button mushrooms |
Directions
Mix rice, beef consomme, French onion soup and mushrooms together. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut margarine in small pieces over top of mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once halfway through cooking time.
