Mushroom sauce (to have on bangers and mash)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 \N Clove crushed garlic
250 grams Mushrooms
1 cup Chicken stock
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Cornflour

Heat oil, fry garlic and mushrooms until they start to brown - about 5 mins.

Add chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins.

Mix lemon juice and cornflour together and stir into sauce until it slightly thickens.

Cook potato, and sausages.

Pour sauce over.
