Mushroom sauce #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans (4-oz) mushrooms; reserve juice
4 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Flour
1½ cup Chicken broth
½ cup Mushroom juice
¼ cup Heavy cream
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients, except cream and lemon juice; heat. Just before serving, add cream and juice and heat through.
