Ingredients

| 2 | cans | (4-oz) mushrooms; reserve juice |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 4 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Chicken broth |
| ½ | cup | Mushroom juice |
| ¼ | cup | Heavy cream |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except cream and lemon juice; heat. Just before serving, add cream and juice and heat through.
