Mushroom, pepper and onion sauce

Ingredients

1tablespoonVegetable oil
1Medium onion, cut in wedges
1Green pepper, cut in thin strips
¼teaspoonDried thyme leaves, crushed
1canCondensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
½cupWater

Directions

In 1½-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion, pepper and thyme until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup and water. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over grilled or broiled steak. Makes about 2 ½ cups sauce.
