Mona's salmon & corn casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Half-and-half
1 teaspoon Onion -- instant minced
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 can Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
1 can Salmon -- drained(7.75oz)
3 ounces Cheddar cheese -- shredded

1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a well-greased 1½-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
