Molasses-raisin brown bread

| ½ | cup | All-Purpose Flour |
| ½ | cup | Whole-Wheat Flour |
| ½ | cup | Cornmeal |
| ⅓ | cup | Molasses |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Raisins |
| Vegetable Cooking Spray | ||
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients; beat at low speed of a mixer for 30 seconds.
Beat at medium speed until blended. Stir in raisins. Pour half of batter into a 2 cup glass measuring cup coated with cooking spray. Cover with wax paper and microwave at Medium (50% power) 5 to 7 minutes or until edge is no longer doughy, rotating a half-turn after 3 minutes. let stand 5 minutes. turn loaf out onto a wire rack. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Cool. Cut each loaf crosswise into 6 slices.
