Mixed citrus salad a la greens restaurant

Ingredients

4cupsSpring Lettuce Mix
2Blood oranges; peeled and cut into segments
4Kumquats; sliced thin with the seeds discarded
½Papaya; cut into 1\" slices
1cupHerb croutons
cupLemon juice
½cupSalad oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, add the spring mix, blood oranges, kumquats, and papaya, and gently toss. Add the oil, lemon, salt and pepper more or less to taste and toss again. Sprinkle with the croutons, lightly toss, and serve.
