Miracle cheesecake

Ingredients

| 3 | ounces | Lemon flavored gelatin | 
| 1 | cup | Boiling water | 
| 8 | ounces | Philadelphia cream cheese | 
| 1 | cup | Sugar | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | 
| 1 | large | Can of Milnot, chilled and | 
| Whipped | ||
| 3 | cups | Graham cracker crumbs | 
| ½ | cup | Melted margarine | 
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened. 
Cream together cheese, sugar and lemon juice; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.  Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pack mix in the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.  Chill for several hours before serving. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG   On   05-02-95
