Miracle cheesecake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 large Can of Milnot, chilled and
3 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Melted margarine

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened.

Cream together cheese, sugar and lemon juice; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pack mix in the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours before serving. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-02-95
