3ouncesLemon flavored gelatin
1cupBoiling water
8ouncesPhiladelphia cream cheese
1cupSugar
3tablespoonsLemon juice
1largeCan of Milnot, chilled and
Whipped
3cupsGraham cracker crumbs
½cupMelted margarine

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened.

Cream together cheese, sugar and lemon juice; add gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pack mix in the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours before serving.
