2 \N Cream; (8 oz.) cheese, nonfat
¾ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Lemon peel
½ cup Sour cream; nonfat
3 \N Egg whites
½ cup Graham-cracker crumbs
2 cups Berries or cherries

From The 1995 Providence Heart Diet Blend first 5 ingredients with electric mixer. Blend in sour cream and egg whites. Spray 9" pie pan with nonfat cooking spray; sprinkle with crumbs.
