Minute rice tuna casseroles

Ingredients

| 1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
| 1⅓ | cup | Minute rice |
| 2 | cans | Tuna, drained, flaked 7 oz |
| 2 | cups | Carrots, diced, cooked |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Grated onion |
| ½ | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
Directions
Combine rice, soup, vegetables, seasonings, meat and salt and pepper to taste in 2 quart casserole. Stir in 1½ cups boiling water.
Cover and bake at 400F for 15 min.
Variation: Tomato soup, 1 ½ c cooked green beans, 3 tb onion, 2 tb sliced stuffed olives
