Microwave hollandaise sauce

Yield: 1 cups

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Butter
3 \N Egg yolks
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Microwave butter till soft but not completely melted. It's OK if some melts. Takes 20 seconds on high in my 900 watt machine. Stir in yolks and lemon juice with a whisk. Cook on high stirring every 15 seconds.
