Mock hollandaise

Ingredients

¼cupCream
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonCayenne
teaspoonNutmeg
1tablespoonLemon juice
2tablespoonsButter, melted

Directions

In a double boiler, mix and cook the first 6 ingreds, stirring constantly until thickened. Then slowly stir in the butter. Stir until thick and serve.
