Mock hollandaise sauce 2

Ingredients

3tablespoonsButter or margarine
3tablespoonsFlour
1cupMilk
2Egg yolks -- slightly
Beaten
2tablespoonsLemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat butter. Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk. Whisk until smooth. Remmove form heat. Whisk in egg yolks. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste. Serve with asparagus, broccoli or spinach.
