2 tablespoons | Lemon juice (fresh is best) |
½ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper (more or less to taste) |
1 \N | Tub (8-oz) Diet Parkay margarine (must use Diet Parkay or sauce will not be thick) |
In blender, combine egg yolks, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Mix on high until blended. Melt Diet Parkay (in microwave if available) and add to other ingredients in blender. Blend for a few seconds until thick.
Calories: 74 per Tablespoon. Yield: 1-½ cups.
