Yield: 8 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice (fresh is best)|
|½ teaspoon||Cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)|
|1||Tub (8-oz) Diet Parkay margarine (must use Diet Parkay or sauce will not be thick)|
In blender, combine egg yolks, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Mix on high until blended. Melt Diet Parkay (in microwave if available) and add to other ingredients in blender. Blend for a few seconds until thick.
Calories: 74 per Tablespoon. Yield: 1-½ cups.
