Microwave hard candy

Ingredients

1 | cup | Granulated sugar |
½ | pounds | Glucose |
½ | teaspoon | Flavoring oil |
Food coloring to match flavor |
Directions
Use whatever flavored oil you love -- cherry, cinnamon, apple, banana Combine sugar and glucose in a 4-cup pyrex measuring cup. Cover with plastic wrap (gently lay plastic wrap over the top of cup); place into microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and lift off plastic wrap starting at far corner. Stir mixture. Place a fresh sheet of plastic wrap over top of cup. Return to microwave and cook on HIGH for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, uncover as above. Add food coloring and flavoring, gently stirring until wellcombined. Funnel into PAM sprayed hard candy molds (lollipops, etc.).
