Mexicana casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground Beef
1 small Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Milk
12 ounces Salsa
1 can Green Chilis,small(optional)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
12 \N Tortillas (flour or corn)

Brown ground beef, draining fat. Add onion and cook additional 5 minutes.

In large bowl, combine beef, soups, milk, salsa and green chili.

In a 13 x 9" pan, layer tortillas, the above sauce, and cheese.

Repeat until gone. Bake 1 hour at 300øF.
