Mexican casserole dinner

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
2 cups Long-grain rice; cooked
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Green chiles; chopped, drain
1 \N Taco seasoning mix
3 mediums Tomatoes; chopped
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Corn chips; crushed

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:30 Heat oven to 350. In 10 inch skillet brown ground beef over medium heat (5 to 8 minutes).

Drain off fat. Stir in rice, soup, chilies and taco seasoning mix.
