|2 cups||Long-grain rice; cooked|
|1 can||Tomato soup|
|1 can||Green chiles; chopped, drain|
|1 \N||Taco seasoning mix|
|3 mediums||Tomatoes; chopped|
|2 cups||Cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 cup||Corn chips; crushed|
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:30 Heat oven to 350. In 10 inch skillet brown ground beef over medium heat (5 to 8 minutes).
Drain off fat. Stir in rice, soup, chilies and taco seasoning mix.
