| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Vinegar |
| 5 tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Butter |
| ½ small | Onion; chopped |
| 1 dash | Black pepper |
| 1 dash | Cayenne pepper |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ cup | Water |
Mix all ingredients together in a large sauce pan, bring to a quick boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
