teaspoonGarlic -- freshly ground
4ouncesHeavy Whipping Cream
dashSalt
dashWhite Pepper
1tablespoonSour Cream
1teaspoonParmesan Cheese -- ground
1teaspoonRomano Cheese -- ground

Directions

Briefly heat medium skillet; add butter. Over low flame, coat bottom of skillet with butter and add garlic. Stir until sauteed, then add cream. Increase flame slightly and heat, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, and sour cream and bring to heat while stirring. When sour cream is completely blended, combine and stir in cheeses. Stir pasta into sauce over low flame. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving.
