| ½ | pounds | Chopped ham |
| 1 | pint | Heavy cream |
| 1 | pint | 1/2 and 1/2 |
| ¾ | cup | Parmegiana cheese |
| 12 | ounces | Fettucini noodles (green are best - the fresher the better) |
Directions
In a pan, saute the ham in butter for 5 min. Turn off heat. Add the rest of ingredients and serve with HOT pasta. Serve immediately.
