Meg's dessert

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Ice cream sandwiches
½ cup Amaretto
5 \N Heath Bars; chopped
1 small Carton whipping cream; whipped
1 teaspoon Confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Toasted almonds
\N \N Jar caramel sauce

Line 12 x 17 glass baking dish with ice cream sandwiches. Pour ¼ cup Amaretto over sandwiches. Sprinkle 5 chopped Heath candy bars on top. Fold ¼ cup Amaretto with whipping cream, whipped with confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Spread whipped cream mixture over Heath layer. Freeze. To serve: Slice and top with toasted almonds and caramel sauce.
