Jordan almond bark

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ pounds White Candy coating
½ pounds Jordan almonds (pastel colored candy-coated almonds)
½ cup Unblanched whole almonds

Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside. In 2 qt casserole, microwave candy coating at 50% (medium for 4 to 6 minutes, or until coating can be stirred smooth, stirring twice. Stir in almonds.

Spread to ¼ to ½ inch thickness on prepared baking sheet. let stand, or chill, until set. Break into pieces. Store in cool, dry place.

Makes 2 lbs.
