Meatloaf - vicki

2 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs; beaten
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes

1 \N Lipton onion soup mix; unpre

Recipe by: Vicki Schlining -- Ellicott City, Maryland Preparation Time: 0:30 Mix together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings. Press mixture into a 9x5" lo pan or 9" pie plate. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour, uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before serving.
