Meat loaf with cranberry sauce glaze

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ | pounds | Hot pork sausage |
| ⅓ | cup | Quick cooking oats |
| 1 | Onion chopped | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | small | Bell pepper, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Ketchup |
| 1 | can | (lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
GLAZE
Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
