Meat loaf with cranberry sauce glaze

Ingredients

½cupMilk
1poundsGround beef
½poundsHot pork sausage
cupQuick cooking oats
1Onion chopped
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1smallBell pepper, chopped
½cupKetchup
1can(lg.) whole berry cranberry sauce
½cupBrown sugar
1tablespoonLemon juice

Directions

GLAZE

Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
