Meat and rice stuffing

Ingredients

1cupDill; finely chopped
1Tomato, grated or diluted in
2tablespoonsButter
¼cupRice (short grain)
Salt and pepper to taste
1cupFresh mint; finely chopped water
1tablespoonTomato paste cold water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

NOTE: This stuffing can be used to fill vine leaves, cabbage leaves, tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplant, bell peppers asnd Swiss chard.
