Mc quick pasta salad

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Uncooked whole wheat or spinach elbow macaroni shells, or spirals
1½ cup Chopped veggies; scallions gr or red peppers, broccoli celery, carrots, pimientos alone or in any combo
¼ cup To 1/2c low sod oil free salad dressing

Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
