Mc quick pasta salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupUncooked whole wheat or spinach elbow macaroni shells, or spirals
cupChopped veggies; scallions gr or red peppers, broccoli celery, carrots, pimientos alone or in any combo
¼cupTo 1/2c low sod oil free salad dressing

Directions

Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
