Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Uncooked whole wheat or spinach elbow macaroni shells, or spirals |
1½ cup | Chopped veggies; scallions gr or red peppers, broccoli celery, carrots, pimientos alone or in any combo |
¼ cup | To 1/2c low sod oil free salad dressing |
Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
