Matzoh rolls

Measure Ingredient
3 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Chicken broth or milk
1 cup Matzoh meal
1 cup Cake meal
4 tablespoons Melted chicken fat or butter

Geez, I don't know if this is what you're talking about but I thought I'd pass it on. It's from The Art of Jewish Cooking by Jennie Grossinger.

Beat together eggs & salt. Stir in the liquid alternately with the matzoh meal & cake meal.Add the melted fat or butter. Fill 12 greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake a t 350 for 30 minutes.
