Matzoh meal pancakes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Matzoh Meal
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
⅔ cup Water

Mix all the ingredients together. The consistancy should be like latkas (potato pancakes). Fry in a cm of oil, until lightly brown on both sides.
