Measure Ingredient
2 cups Caulifloweretts (raw)
2 cups Broccoli (broken into bite
\N \N Size pieces)
1 cup Ripe black olives (pitted
\N \N And drained)
1 cup Raw carrots, sliced thin
½ cup Onion, chopped large
2 cups Salad tomatoes (drain well)
\N \N Or use fresh if available
½ cup Chopped green peppers

Cover with Italian Dressing. Marinate several hours or over-night until ready to serve. Omit any of the veggies you don't like or add others that you do like....
