Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Instant minced onion
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
½ cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Season salt
1 dash Pepper
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce

Soak minced onion in wine vinegar until softened. Mix with other ingredients. Marinate meat in closed plastic container for 24 hours turning after 12 hours.
