Yield: 6 Servings
|3||Cloves garlic; crushed|
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 can||(16-oz) Plum tomatoes; undrained|
|½ cup||Chianti wine|
Saute the garlic in the olive oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add the tomatoes and juice, salt, pepper, and wine. Simmer at least 10 minutes.
