4 | tablespoons | Parsley; chopped |
4 | tablespoons | Basil chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt (I use garlic powder) |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | Onion minced | |
½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | tablespoon | Capers; packed in salt, rinsed (I leave thse out) |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |

2. Boil quickly to reduce liquid. Cook to desired consistency This sauce may be used on pizza; or it may be combined with cooked vegetables, or with a combination of cooked vegetables and cooked meat.
