1can(35-oz) whole tomatoes
4tablespoonsParsley; chopped
4tablespoonsBasil chopped
1teaspoonGarlic salt (I use garlic powder)
½teaspoonBlack pepper
¼teaspoonCrushed red pepper
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1Onion minced
½teaspoonOregano
1tablespoonCapers; packed in salt, rinsed (I leave thse out)
1teaspoonSugar

Directions

2. Boil quickly to reduce liquid. Cook to desired consistency This sauce may be used on pizza; or it may be combined with cooked vegetables, or with a combination of cooked vegetables and cooked meat.
