|½ cup||Olive oil|
|3||Cloves garlic; crushed or finely minced, (up to 4)|
|2 larges||Sprigs fresh rosemary|
|5||Sprigs fresh oregano|
|5||Sprigs fresh lemon thyme|
|Salt and pepper to taste|

Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Add peeled and deveined shrimp of your choice (I used tiger shrimp). Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Thread shrimp on soaked bamboo skewers, barbecue 3 to 4 mins per side, til done.
