Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Cooked shrimp
3 smalls Red onions
1½ cup Salad oil
¾ cup White or wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Celery salt

MARINADE

Combine marinade ingredients; slice onions into thin rings; alternate layers of shrimp & onions & pour marinade over all. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours prior to serving. Remove shrimp & onions from marinade at serving time.
