Mardarin orange salad

Ingredients

| 60 | Ritz Crackers, finely crushed | |
| ¼ | pounds | Margarine, melted |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | can | Frozen orange juice, unsweetened, (6 oz.) |
| 1 | can | Sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 | Container Cool Whip®, (8 oz.) | |
| 2 | smalls | Cans mandarin oranges, drained |
Directions
Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into 9 X 13" baking dish, reserving some crumbs for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice with milk. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges; do not beat. Pour mixture over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
