Turkey-orange salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Turkey; chopped, cooked
½ cup Celery; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
1 Orange;
1 cup Seedless grapes;
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise/salad dressing;
1 tablespoon Shredded coconut; toasted

Directions

Combine the turkey, celery, salt, and curry powder in a bowl. Peel and chop the orange. Add the orange, grapes, and mayonnaise to the turkey. Toss gently to mix. Sprinkle on the coconut just before serving.
