Marinated orange-strawberry salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Orange sections
1½ cup Sliced fresh strawberries
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Ground pepper
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Olive oil
3 cups Tightly packed torn leaf lettuce
1 tablespoon Pine nuts, toasted

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 30 minutes. Add lettuce and pine nuts, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1-¼ cups).
