Radish and orange salad

Ingredients

12ouncesRadishes; trimmed
2tablespoonsSugar or sugar sub:
2tablespoonsLemon juice;
1tablespoonOrange flower water;?
Salt;
2Navel oranges;

Directions

Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving. Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
