Maple syrup-balsamic vinegar dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon BALSAMIC VINEGAR
3 tablespoons PURE MAPLE SYRUP
BLUE CHEESE
TOASTED WALNUTS
ROMAINE LETTUCE

Mix the vinegar and maple syrup. Toss with the romaine lettuce. Top with crumbled blue cheese and toasted walnuts. I like too make up a pint of the dressing and refrigerate.

To a more substantial salad: Serve with slices of grilled chicken breast.

Garnish with fresh raspberries. I am trusting this will become one of your favorites.
